Robin Ghosh

Abstract: Amongst all the major living religions pf the world, Buddhism is the second oldest only next to Hinduism. It is more than 6000 years old whereas Buddhism belongs to the Pre-Aryan Race (5500 to 3800 years old). The Buddhist literature was taken from the Pali-leaf manuscripts because everything about Buddhism is written in the Pali language about which we know very little. It is all the effort of H. C. Warren who has been capable to translate the passages from the Buddhist sacred Book from the original Pali into English.
