Influence of Tin Contamination on the Posse Gap and Added Constraints of Unstructured Se-Te Tinny Films
Abstract: Thin strips of the unmolded Se40-xTe60Snx glassy mixture were measured under high vacuum conditions (10-5 Torr) in the range 200-3000 nm with a computer-controlled double-beam UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometer. Synthesized by thermal evaporation mode. Optical constants (refractive index (n), real permittivity (?'), imaginary permittivity (?''), and immersion measurements (?)) of unshaped Se40-xTe60Snx thin films using the Swanepolemode) and the optical bandgap were calculated. strip. The immersion level (?) increases with incident photon energy (h?) for all samples. The optical bandgap increases with increasing drum content (Sn).
