This malignancy is more commonly described arising from organs such as the uterus, breast, bladder, and lung, and is rarely seen on the skin. Here we report a rare case of primary cutaneous carcinosarcoma presenting on the skin of forearm of a 62-year-old male with intermingled chondrosarcoma and poorly differentiated carcinoma. Relevant literature is reviewed.
