Abstract: To illustrate and discuss sonographic spectrum of surgically proven cystic lymph node metastases from papillary thyroid carcinoma with pathologic correlation. To study the USG findings that facilitate the differential diagnosis of these cystic lymph node metastases from benign cystic lesions of neck.
