Abstract: This is a retro spective study, evaluating various treating modalaties used in empyema thoracis and see the patient response to various treatment modalities. response of patients has been noted as number of redo surgeries, number of days of ICD insertion, complications to surgery etc. The study has been done in paediatric surgery dept of LTMMC hospital, Mumbai.
