Abstract: Social change can lead to better co-living in various aspects of social life. That change is happening in culture, development, education and the arts, morality, economics and politics. This aspect of aspec has influenced the existence of a life, therefore when all goes well then everyone who lives feels safe and will improve the people's economy. Thus how important the guarantee of race ethis, Identity and religion in Indonesia. Ethnic Race and Identity indicates one's existence in the legality of a nation, language and religion. The identity of the nation that unites us is Bhineka Tunggal Ika which has the strength and quality of life and identity of the nation. Papua became important for Indonesia therefore violence, oppression against RasEthice nation was soon over then Indonesia advanced and excelled in accordance with the expectations of the nation.
