Economic Model of EU Funding Impact on Social Development

Abstract: Economic and social development and dialogue is the keypoint of European social policy and helps create decent working conditions for all workers and workers, improving work legislation and developing social partnership as a model to achieve economic goals such as job creation, improved living standards and and regional growth. Bipartite social dialogue is a dialogue directly between social partners which helps in market cooperation. It needs to be analyzed that in Croatia, as a relatively new state with short tradition of social dialogue, social and economic dialogue is not only collective bargaining but it also comprises dialogue and market negotiations. The paper is also focused on the analysis of the EU funds available to finance projects in the area of social dialogue development. The scientific research was tested in the form of a survey to analyze employee work satisfaction with the public sector on their needs and rights on the market, and effect on economy.
