Designing Residential Furniture

Abstract: The importance of designing furniture, understanding its principle of design i. e. proportions, balance, symmetry. The ergonomic study of furniture is most important part in furniture designing. Charles Rennie Mackintosh (1868-1928), Frank Lloyd Wright (1867-1959), Le Corbusier (1887-1965), Marcel Breuer (1902-1981). The impact of ergonomically designed furniture on residence influence many segments, which enhance the design, ambience of interiors, using different materials in furniture design gives affective design.
