Determination of Diabetic Retinopathy Using Fractals
Abstract: The intention of this paper is to determine the retinal blood vessel system of diabetics. The retinal blood vessel system has been determined using Reynolds number and Poiseuilles law. A new algorithm has been established to traverse through the retinal blood vessel system in a robust manner.
