Lipoma of Penis - A Very Rare Presentation
Abstract: Lipoma is a benign mesenchymal tumor composed of mature adipocytes and is one of the most common soft tissue tumors in the human body. Despite its ubiquitous distribution, occurrence of lipoma in the penis is extremely rare due to the absence of adipose tissue in penile layers. We report a rare case of penile lipoma in a 55-year-old male, highlighting its clinical presentation, histopathological findings, management, and outcome.
Keywords: penile lipoma, benign soft tissue tumor, rare penile swelling, surgical excision, case report
