Acute GI Perforation following Polyol and Diisocynate (Polyurethane) Ingestion

Abstract: GI perforation occurs commonly after suicidal or accidental corrosive ingestion like acid or caustic agent, but here we report an unusual case of gastrointestinal perforation following suicidal Polyol and diisocynate ingestion.
