The Home Eleven Phenomenon on the University Housing Estates of the University of Lubumbashi

Abstract: For several years, there has been a practice called eleven (11) or home 11 on the campuses of the University of Lubumbashi. This article aims to analyze the frequentation of home 11 on the campuses of the University of Lubumbashi. The fundamental concern revolves around the following question What are the students perceptions of their use of home 11 to the detriment of public toilets Indeed, the poor toilet conditions at home, the precarious mentality of certain users of toilets who do not respect hygiene standards, the lack of water in university towns, the closures of toilets are the main causes of attendance. from the 11th to the detriment of public toilets in the university housing estates of the University of Lubumbashi.
