From recruitment to employee engagement, AI is revolutionizing HRM practices, enhancing efficiency, and contributing to more strategic decision-making.While AI brings numerous benefits to HRM, it's crucial to address ethical considerations, data privacy, and ensure that AI applications are aligned with organizational values and objectives. Additionally, human oversight remains essential to interpret results, manage biases, and make ethical decisions in HR processes.
