Factors Burnout Teacher Guidance and Counseling in Ambon
Abstract: Research are factors influence teacher's burnout guidance and counseling in city Ambon. This type of research is quantitative study. Research subject 65 guidance and counseling teachers in Ambon, using saturated sampling techniques to population less than 100 respondents.
