Iatrogenic Urethral Injury, Case Report
Abstract: Traumatic urethral injury is challenging complication. This report present a very challenging case after traumatic bulbar urethral injury with failed urethroplasty and development of false passage and urethrovesical fistula tract. Repair of the urethral injury and realignment of urethral lumen done successfully.
