Procedures for Identifying Operational Risk
Abstract: Organization must develop a proper risks management. In this perspective, the risk mapping is a great tool. Indeed, it allows us to relate all the risks the company faces. It is for the general management steering tool for decision making. You will find in this paper a case study to better understand the steps to follow to realize a risk mapping.
