A Basic Review on Identification, Isolation and Applications of Stem Cells
Abstract: Development of stem cells therapy and the mechanical isolation, cultivation and characterisation is the thrust of today's translational research. this paper discusses a basic review in the form of an outline of different types of stem cells and lineages and their cultivation derived from various sources along with their application. A short note on limitations of each is also mentioned.
