Abstract: The present study was undertaken to assess the correlation of thyroid profile with blood Pressure and blood glucose in hypothyroid pregnant women and its relation with neonatal Outcome. Thyroid dysfunction is most common during pregnancy. Hypothyroidism is one of the significant thyroid disorders in pregnancy. There has been evidence which states that women affected with hypothyroidism are more prone to have pregnancy complication such as gestational diabetics, hypertension and complicated deliveries. Total of 30 recordical data of pregnant females with hypothyroidism during third trimester were collected. The study shows that there is a less correlation between the variables in hypothyroid pregnant woman and their neonatal outcomes.
