A Study to Assess the Effectiveness of Progressive Muscle Relaxation on Premenstrual Syndrome among the Students of Selected Colleges of Sri Ramachandra University, Chennai
Abstract: A study was conducted to asses the effectiveness of progressive muscle relaxation on premenstrual syndrome among the students of selected colleges or Sri Ramachandra university, Chennai. The data were analysed using descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and inferential statistics such as paired F Test and independent F Test and ANOVA.
