Abstract: It is true when they say occlusion is the key of dentistry. It is important to understand occlusion and the anatomy of the stomatognathic system to provide a successful prosthesis that cause no harm and function in harmony. this article overview the basic principles of occlusion and its relation to the stomatognathic system.
