Abstract: As the Democratic Republic of Congo is undergoing major changes, the need for construction and improvement of housing is crucial everywhere, both in the national territory and in the city of Likasi. In the municipality of Panda. For quality work and good resistance in the use of bricks commonly known as safe, it is important to train manufacturing personnel so that these bricks meet the standards of globalization, for what not happened to elaborate theirs.
