Situsinversustotalis with Congenitally Corrected Transposition of the Great Arteries - Case Report & Review of Literature
Abstract: Congenitally corrected transposition of great arteries with situs inversus totalis is a rare congenital anomaly, which can present in adulthood. This case report describes a 36 year old female with dyspnea on exertion and intermittent palpitations with a diagnosis of congenitally corrected transposition of great arteries with situs inversus totalis, which was established by one-stop-shop CT coronary angiography with detailed evaluation of anatomy of cardiac chambers and coronary anatomy, essential for surgical correction.
