Objective To study the effect of core training on core strength, endurance and balance using stable v/s unstable surface. Outcome measure Biofeedback, SEBT. Methodology 30 participants were divided in two groups for stable and unstable training, 4 weeks intervention was carried out. Result statistically significant improvement of core strength, endurance and balance was seen on stable and unstable surface training.
