Ambition & objective of this research to corroborate, empower or sustainable a framework, Skelton or interrelation to surfeit the requirements of the invulnerability for any structure. Thus a proposed retrofit implementation can be said to be successful if it result an increase in strength & resiliency capacity of the structure which is greater than the demands imposed by strength of structure during following cases During Earthquake During flood During earth vibration During cyclones During blasting in mining fields
