Study of Knowledge Management Frameworks

Abstract: Knowledge management has one simple term behind it knowledge is a property of individuals and not that of organization. Information is increasing at speedy rate in 21st century but the rate of knowledge generation is comparatively low. To survive in the rapid changing environment of information technology, organizations have to explicitly manage their knowledge. It is always seen that managed knowledge will result in increased performance of an organization. There are different components of knowledge management. Organizations have created knowledge management framework according their requirements. Every organization is having different framework for knowledge management. This paper will give brief idea about various knowledge management frameworks in different organizations.
