Abstract: Undiagnosed chronic pain abdomen can be troublesome for the patient so much so that it affects the quality of life of the patient. Even ultrasonography and CT Scans also dont show any pathology despite continuous pain abdomen. In those cases diagnostic laparoscopy is of help to a great extent.
