DFT Study and Synthesis of New 1, 2, 3-triazoles Obtained by 1, 3-Dipolar Cycloaddition Derived from 5-chloro-1-(prop-2-yn-1-yl)indoline-2, 3-dione

Abstract: We report in this paper the reaction of 1, 3-Dipolar Cycloaddition between azides and 5-chloro-1- (prop-2-yn-1-yl) indoline-2, 3-dione in order to synthesize new cycloadducts. The configuration of the products obtained was determined by the magnetic resonance of the proton and carbon. A theoretical study was also carried out, based on the DFT-B3LYP calculation method. The results are in agreement with experimental regiochemistry.
