Judicial Frameworks and Privacy Issues of Cloud Computing

Riyaz A Jamadar, Pritesh A Patil

Abstract: Cloud Computing a leading and getting widely adopted technology in industry, unveils some unprecedented challenges to security of companys resources such as capital and knowledge based assets. Hither to no much attention has been paid by the governments and there is neither any universal standard adopted, nor any breakthrough to take up these challenges.
