Abstract: Dengue is a common mosquito-borne viral infection in tropical and subtropical climate areas. Dengue ranges from asymptomatic to severe form. The incidence of neurological manifestation in dengue is very rare ranging from 2.63% to 40%. Here we present a case of young man with Dengue associated cytotoxic lesion of the corpus callosum (CLOCC). CLOCC is a rare clinicoradiological syndrome that has been associated with various infectious and non-infectious conditions. There are very few case reports of dengue associated CLOCC. CLOCC is a reversible lesion mostly seen at splenium of corpus callosum which requires few months to resolve radiologically. Treatment being appropriate management of underlying etiology. In our case, Dengue was the only association after ruling out all other causes of CLOCC and he improved with supportive care. This case highlights the rare association of CLOCC with dengue.
