Abstract: Science knowledge is a process and product, therefore learning science needs to facilitate students to build science through the process. The usual process for learning Natural Sciences in seventh grade junior high school is by practicing cook book verification. Such learning has various weaknesses. The weakness of the cook book verification practicum can be overcome by modifying the verification practicum. Modifications are made by blocking 5E activities into the verification practicum. This verification practice modification product is a novelty from the cook book verification practicum and is called the 5E verification practicum.
