An EOQ Model for Deteriorating Items with Price Dependent Demand, Varying Holding Cost and Shortages under Trade Credit

S. C. Sharma | Vivek Vijay [2]

Abstract: In this research article, we developed a deterministic inventory modelfor price dependent demand with time dependent deterioration, varying holding cost, shortages. Credit limit is available for certain time with no interest. But after that time some interest will be charged. Customer has some reserve capital to make payment at initially but to take more benefit he use credit limit. First we developed a mathematical model after that getting the optimal solution. Numerical example is also available with graphical representation.
