Abstract: The growing retail industry has numerous metrics to measure the performance of the organization. Every retail business nowadays is equipped with oncloud, on-edge technology, allowing them to push the frontiers of competitiveness among themselves. The application of technology opens up new avenues for development across the supply chain.
