Protection of Inalienable Human Rights
Abstract: Justifiable Constitution Article 32 of Constitution of India provides the right to Constitutional Remedies which means that a person has right to move to Supreme Court (and High Courts also) for getting his fundamental rights protected. While Supreme Court has power to issue writs under Article 32, High Courts have been given same powers under Article 226. Article 32 (2) of the Constitution of India: The Supreme Court shall have power to issue directions or orders or writs, including writs in the nature of habeas corpus, mandamus, prohibition, quo warranto and certiorari, whichever may be appropriate, for the enforcement of any of rights conferred by this Part.
