A Comparative Study on Profitability of Selected Indian Automobile Companies

Abstract: The main objective of the study is to evaluate profitability of selected FMCG Compaies, for this purpose data were collected from financial statements and profitability ratios calculated. The study found that Bajaj Auto Limited has generated highest amount of return on assets with consistency during study period among all the five companies. The study also found that Eicher Motors Limited has generated highest amount of net profit margin with consistency during study period among all the five companies.
