All the treatments significantly influenced the number of fruits retained at pea, marble and harvesting stage of fruit growth and development as compared to the control. Foliar application of 35 ppm GA 3 at pea and marble stage of fruit development increased the fruit retention percentage (15.23 %) and reduced the fruit drop percentage (84.77 %).
