Abstract: Forth Generation (4G) Technology can play an important role in significantly improving the quality, access and efficacy of healthcare, Education, Governance and in the Economic reforms of rural India. Reliable and fast internet is still a dream in the rural India. Usage of 4g technology in is still in initial stage and many operators in India are in the early stage of deployment.4g has enormous potential as a technology to increase better and reliable internet connectivity to empower rural citizens by improving the health and well being of poor and marginalized populations, and encouraging sustainable development and governance.4G can play an important role in the Digital India Vision of the Government of India.
