Effectiveness of Bhramari Pranayama on Hypertension

Abstract: A Quasi Experimental study was conducted to assess the Effectiveness of Bhramari Pranayama on Hypertension among adults. There were 60 subjects who met the inclusion criteria were allotted 30 for experimental group and 30 for control group by using the Non-Probability Convenient Sampling Technique. The intervention was given only for the experimental groupPre-test and post-test was conducted for both experimental and control group by assessing blood pressureThe study concluded that Bhramari Pranayama was effective in maintaining blood pressure among adult people.
