Abstract: The presentresearchaims to make the typology of peasantsystems of storage of agricultural products in the Department of Zou. The typology of peasantsystems for the storage of agricultural products has been possible thanks to socio-anthropologicalsurveys. AFC (FactorialCorrespondenceAnalysis) and the Chi-square test (chi) respectively made it possible to establish the factorialmap of the storage structures in relation to the arrondissements and to search for a possible relationshipbetween the variables and the factorsusing the Chi-square test (Chi2). From the resultsobtained, itcanbeseenthat in the study area there are traditional, semi-modern and modern storage. The traditional one isgoverned by the use of Agogranaries (48.73 % of users), Djago (6.8 %), the use of the ceiling of houses (34.4 %) and woolbags (69.6 %). The use of cans (8.7 %) and casks (8.2 %) constitutes the bulk of semi-modern storage. Modern storagethatisgoverned by the use of modern stores. Modern storageis not implemented by anyindividualfarmer. Since one system is a set, a total of sixteen (16) farmercommoditystoragesystems have been identified in the study area.
