The Help Tool according to Paretos Decision and the Notion of the Criticality of Equipment in a Production Company: Case of Mining Companies in the DRC

Abstract: In a perpetual world of technological change or competition reigns in being responsible without tools capable of competing results are in vain. Pareto's decision-making tool combined with the criticality concept of Equipment has enabled us to understand the basis on which we rely to make decisions in order to improve the availability of production equipment. Let us not forget that the first mission of a company is to make profits. The hierarchization is nothing if one does not have a quick analysis of the position of the Equipment in the kinematic chain or that of production. A bad decision of a stop a Equipment lose to the company a lot of money. Resume Dans un monde perp?tuel de changement technologique ou la concurrence r?gne en maitre ?tre responsable sans des outils capables de concurrenc?es les r'sultats est vains. L?outil de d?cision de Pareto associer ? la notion de criticit? des Equipment nous a permis ? comprendre les bases sur lesquelles nous nous appuyons pour prendre de d?cision afin d?am?liorer la disponibilit? des Equipment de production. N?oublions pas que la premi?re mission d?une entreprise est de faire de b?n?fices. La hi?rarchisation n?est rien si on arrive pas ? dispose d?une analyse prompte de la position de l?Equipment dans la chaine cin?matique ou celle de production. Une mauvaise d?cision d?un arr?t d?un Equipment peu perdre ? l?entreprise beaucoup d?argents.
