The Behavior of The Mother Post Parenting Program Applied of Basic Needs of Children in the Town of Blitar

Abstract: Early childhood is the period of gold development of the baby. At the time this occurs the remarkable surge in child development which does not occur on subsequent pereode. To develop the potential of the child's growth and development as well as the role of parents and the family sorely needed in meeting the basic needs of the child include foster care, foster care and Compassion as dietary balance, protection of health, orphanage full of affection and stimulation of education corresponding to the stage of growing. Parents and the community are less understood this in order to be so high hopes and entrance which is so expensive tuition fees to educate his son. It is necessary for the stimulation of education harmonious, harmony and mutual support between home base with the center base which is beneficial to optimize growing of child. The purpose of this research was to identify the fulfillment of the basic needs of the child including the following needs feeding, stimulation and love saying and knowing the relationship between knowledge and attitudes with the behavior of the mother in the fulfillment of the basic needs of the child. The design of observational research, the large sample 40 respondenst i. e. mothers who've been following the program parenting in Savannah, Blitar. The sampling technique using total population. Data analysis using the Spearman rank test, SPSS17 or Window on ? 0.05 and it is described. The results showed maternal behaviour in fulfilling the basic needs of most child (87.5%) were in the category of good and 12.5% of the respondent's behaviour on the category is enough. Spearman rank test result value p = 0.007, meaning that the value of p means there is 0.05 < relationship between knowledge of the behavior of the respondents. The test results obtained from the values of r = 0, 422, means there is a strong connection between the respondent's behaviour with their knowledge. Spearman rank test results show the value of p = 0.016, meaning that the value of p means there is 0.05 < relationship between attitude with the behaviour of the respondent. From the test results are also obtained the value r = 0, 378 means there is a connection between the attitude of the respondent's conduct with the tight level was so weak.
