A Survey on Multimodal Visual Search Methods

Multimodal visual search play vital role in image processing and computer vision. The Visual Search system has input in the form of s or visual images and provides information regarding destinations, artworks, books, wine, branded things, products catalogs, etc. Visual search support features like color, texture and shape. Feature extraction is a important step in multimodal visual search. In this paper different multimodal visual search methods are studied. This paper attempts to provide a comprehensive review of multimodal visual search methods like text based search, image based search and speech based search.
