Abstract: Field experiments were conducted in the dry seasons of 2009 and 2010 at the experimental farm of Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources Management, Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki, to study the effects of different organic manure sources on the growth and yield of two watermelon varieties in a 2x6 factorial laid out in a randomized complete block design (RCBD) in four replications, manually irrigated two times in a day (morning and evening) until maturity.
