Revised One "The Thesis, Chapters of Journal"

Amitesh Kumar Singam [14] | Venkat Raj Reddy Pashike [5]

Abstract: Our dissertation is mainly based on Issues raised by reviewers and instead of investigating and solving the raised issues, we changed our view and approach within pattern towards methodology, the course which we completed in our masters helped us a lot i.e.,"Research methodology". Our research interest lies within our vision towards methodology in terms of research aspects, firstly we identified that there is continuity in our research from beginning of our course structure towards end of our project work in masters, secondly, we divided our issues raised in master thesis and considered future works towards integration of research issues with selected individual courses which turned into advanced one in terms of research aspects. Finally, we include those aspects into academic writing with proper approach towards publishing into articles in international journals. Key points (at a minimum): 1) We worked on issued raised within our thesis towards dissertation, generally Issue was based on inadequate solutions mentioned in our thesis which are variants of our research questions. 2) Our research questions and aims-our research questions are completely correlated towards following key aspects within each of published journals. 3) We conclude with the drawbacks, disadvantages and benefits of each approach or method that we used in our work based on case study, reviews and statistical analysis. It?s an Hypothetical Approach, in various aspects, we introduced an well-known quality metric for quality Estimation, firstly we proved that our method has been outperformed existing one and as per issue raised in our past research work was on quality of video (compression) not assessment, it happened due to spatial and temporal perceptual information, i.e. instead of coding of spatial information within chrominance plane and temporal information within luminance plane only for video quality assessment, both spatial and temporal information within test sequences were encoded in luminance plane itself. According to H.264 standards mentioned by ITU, we examined and concluded that Subjective quality Assessment should be recommended for quality Assessment and objective metrics should be utilized for rate distortion control towards validation of video compression since this issue was raised and traced out because of User Experience (UX).
