The results of histopathological examination concluded the formation of dermatitis herpetiformis with the discovery of subepidermal multilocular bullae containing PMN leukocytes and PMN leukocyte cells (Papillary microabses) in the papillae dermis. Currently the patient is givendapsone 1x100 mg,cetirizin tablet 1x10 mg. The prescribed diet management is a gluten-free diet.
