Benign Paroxsymal Positional Vertigo (A Hidden Myth in Dentistry)

Abstract: Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is a subjective perception of rotational or transitional movement in the absence of external stimulus, in the case of BPPV, abberant signals from semicircular canals create an illusion of motion which results in vertigo.
