Entrepreneurship of the School Principal in Improving the Quality of Graduates

The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe: planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating school principals in improving the quality of graduates at SMK Kridawisata Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research is qualitative with a phenomenological design. The data collection techniques used in-depth interviews, participant observation and document study. The results showed that (1) the principal's entrepreneurial planning with the industrial world was to improve the quality of graduates through cooperation with various partners. (2) organizing school principals in improving the quality of graduates by holding a program fast track . (3) The movement of activities to provide direction to students and educators to be active in the implementation of the internship process. (4) Evaluation as the final form of internship to achieve graduate quality.
