The collected data was analyzed descriptively and inferentially and the findings were presented in form of tables. It was established that organizational values affected sustainable competitive advantage of Postal Corporation of Kenya this was due to the findings that, organizational values returned a weak, positive and statistically significant correlation with sustainable competitive advantage (r = 0.334; p < 0.05).
