The Problem of Good Governance and Fiscal Risk Explained through the Lens of the Agency Theory

The study of the issue of governance is at the center of fiscal risk research. This highly correlated dual has been the subject of several empirical studies for several years; these researches have been able to uncover this subject through the agency theory, which remains the closest explanation of this relationship and its consequences.
