Informal Assessment of Fine Art Creation for Elderly

This study aims to develop an Instructional of Fine Art Creation using a multimedia as media of learning for the elderly to life in order to be more creatif, skilled, and qualified.. Research is focused towards the development of instructional based from model ADDIE. The approach was conducted in this study is a mixed-method to develop R&D models Borg and Gall. The fine art creations evaluated with an informal assessment of the pretest and postest using the instrument that modification of Brent G Wilson Evaluation Theory. Design of instructional development is beneficial to develop creativity in fine art creation by the elderly. The multimedia product consists of video tutorial and concise manual book of fine art creation. Formative evaluation techniques are employed to answer these research questions, i.e experts review, one-on-one evaluation, small-field, and large-field final evaluation. The results showed that the product improved the elderly learning outcomes effectively. That included the quality of fine art creations and life of the elderly. Based on the result, the multimedia product is recommended to be used as a learning resource.
