Random sampling technique was used to obtain a sample of 60 diabetes mellitus clients. A structured questionnaire was prepared to collect the data. The data was collected by using interview method and data was interpreted in terms of objectives and research hypothesis using descriptive and inferential statistics. The result shows that, there was an inadequate knowledge of food, exercise and insulin therapy in prevention of complications of diabetes mellitus among diabetic clients.
